Along with fulfilling the conditions mentioned above, a housing society also needs to have the following documents and details in place to initiate the self redevelopment process
SOCIETY AND MEMBERS RELATED DOCUMENTS:
- Society Registration Certificate with a copy of updated byelaws of the society
- Land ownership proof – Conveyance Deed or Index II or Sale Deed in the favor of the society or Land purchase agreement in the name of the society
- Original Building Plan, 6/12 extract, 7/12 extract and Property Card
- N. A. Order
- CTS Plan (or City Survey Plan) with CTS number
- Audited financial statements for last 3 financial years
- List of members and their current carpet areas as per plans
- List of managing committee
- Members share certificates and agreements
- Setback area details
- Physical plot area measurements
CHECKLIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION TO MDCC BANK FOR SELF REDEVELOPMENT LOAN:
Along with all the documents related to the society mentioned above, the following additional documents and details need to be furbished if the housing society plans to take funding from the MDCC Bank for the self redevelopment project. Some of these documents become available as a part of the self redevelopment process.
- Copy of Acknowledgement of the SGM Resolution
- Copy of the registration certificate and updated byelaws of the society. Audited financial statements for last 3 financial years
- List of committee members
- Details of all society members
- Copy of the proposed Self Redevelopment project report which should include details on the budget and cost break-up for the project
- Copies of IOD and other NOCs from concerned authorities etc.
- Existing Members Old and New Allotment with Existing Area, Free offer Area and Total Area Statement
- Amenities List proposed in the new self redevelopment project
- Copies of agreements entered into with the legal advisers, architects, chartered accountants etc. (the society has to shortlist and select them first)
- Cashflows of the project alongwith a loan repayment plan
